· The Cancer Services Program Partnership is a program which provides breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnosis services to low income, uninsured or underinsured women. Women who are screened through the program and diagnosed with breast and/or cervical cancer may be eligible for treatment through Medicaid.

· In order to be eligible for screening through the Cancer Services Program Partnership, you must be a New York resident, aged 18-64. In addition you must meet income eligibility standards and be uninsured or underinsured.

· If you have an abnormal screening and meet other eligibility requirements, you may be eligible for diagnosis and treatment through the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program.
