- As a small employer, your premiums can vary, within limits, due to the health status, age, and other characteristics of people in your group. For small employers, Nebraska limits the difference in premiums and the annual increase that can be charged due to these factors. For groups with 51 or more eligible employees, these limits on premium variation or increases do not apply.
