  • The Insurance Partnership helps small employers pay for health insurance for workers with incomes up to 300% of the federal poverty level. The Insurance Partnership also offers subsidies to eligible employees and dependents who work for employers participating in the Partnership (see page 27).
  • Employees are eligible for subsidies if you work for a small employer, are 19-64 year old, have not been offered insurance from your employer in the last 6 months or have been eligible for coverage through your spouse’s employer, and be at or below 300% FPL.
  • Eligible individuals may receive up to $150 per month in subsidies. Families may receive up to $150 per month for each parent and an additional $210 per month for each child covered under the policy.
