 The Delaware Cancer Treatment Program is a state funded program which provides payment for medical services related to the treatment of cancer for qualified Delaware residents.

  • To qualify you must meet certain requirements. You must have an income less than 650% of the federal poverty level, be uninsured or underinsured and diagnosed with cancer on or after July 1, 2004.
  • Benefits are limited to certain medical services. The Delaware Cancer Treatment Program only pays for medical services related to the treatment of your cancer.
